Who

Look is a personal digital wardrobe app: clothes (items), outfits (looks), and capsules (collections). This policy covers the Look web app and its MCP (Model Context Protocol) connector.

What we collect

• Account — Google sign-in via Better Auth (typically email, name, and profile image Google provides).
• Wardrobe content — items, looks, collections, and related metadata you add.
• Images — photos and other files you upload for wardrobe pieces or looks.
• MCP OAuth — clients and tokens you authorize so assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Muse, and similar) can call Look tools as you.
• Pinterest (optional) — if you connect Pinterest, we store an encrypted read-only access token and your Pinterest username. We read your boards and pins only when you ask to import them, and keep just the pins you import (image, title, link) as references in your closet.

How used

We use this data to run Look and its MCP tools: store and display your wardrobe, and let connected assistants act only as the signed-in user you authorize. We do not use your wardrobe content to train third-party models or sell advertising profiles.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Processors only as needed to host the service (for example Railway for hosting, Google for sign-in). Muse, Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, and similar clients receive wardrobe data only when you connect them and authorize access.

Pinterest

Look uses Pinterest's official API with read-only permissions (boards and pins, including secret boards, and your account name). We never post, edit or delete anything on Pinterest and never see your Pinterest password. Disconnect any time in Account › Pinterest: the tokens are revoked where Pinterest allows it and deleted from Look. You can also remove Look under Apps in your Pinterest settings. Pins you already imported stay in your closet until you delete them.

Retention

Data is kept while your account is active. Request deletion via Support and we will remove account and wardrobe data we control, subject to short operational backups.
